  • Welcome to Modern Luxury’s Marketing / Social Media upload portal. Please follow the instructions below to upload your images. Note our portal only accepts .zip files.

    TO UPLOAD A SINGLE FILE

    ON A MAC: Highlight the image file. Go to “File” in the menu bar and click “Compress”. A zipped copy of your image will get copied on your desktop. This file name will end in .zip.

    ON A PC: Locate the file that you want to zip. Press and hold (or right-click) the file, click “Send to”, and then select “Compressed” (zipped) folder. A new zipped file with the same name is created in the same location. To rename it, press and hold (or right-click) the folder, select “Rename”, and type the new name.

    TO UPLOAD MULTIPLE FILES

    ON A MAC: Combine all your files and/or separate folders into one single folder before you zip them. Follow the same above Mac instructions for a single file to zip your combined folder of images.
    ON A PC: Combine all your files and/or separate folders into one single folder before you zip them. Follow the same above PC instructions for a single file to zip your combined folder of images.

  • RELEASE AGREEMENT

    By uploading the images and providing the crediting information (collectively “Images”), you warrant that (1) you have the authority to allow Modern Luxury to copy, reproduce, display, and distribute (“Use”) the Images; (2) no other party is entitled to compensation or royalties in connection with Modern Luxury’s Use of the Images; and (3) you irrevocably grant Modern Luxury a fully-paid, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive license to Use the Images for publicity or editorial purposes in Modern Luxury’s print and digital media assets (e.g. magazines, website, social media, e-mail blasts). You further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Modern Luxury from liability and any claims, suits, judgments, costs and damages arising as a result of Modern Luxury’s Use of the images as permitted under this Agreement, or your breach of the warranties above. If a copy of the Images is inadvertently posted outside the terms of this Agreement, such copy will not be deemed actionable in any manner provided that it is removed within ten (10) business days following written notice of it to Modern Luxury.
